tissue or more relaxing and soothing depending on your levels of stress
and tension. This massage can improve: headaches and migraines, stiff
shoulders as well as an achy upper and lower back. Massaging this area
can help counteract tension caused through poor posture, desk work and
carrying heavy bags etc.

massage includes: improved blood circulation,
relaxed muscles, flexibility of joints and more energy. It used to
relieve symptoms associated with muscular-skeletal disorders as well as
chronic stress related disorders of the digestive, respiratory and
reproductive systems. Chinese massage is also used to decrease
emotional distress and to strengthen your resistance to disease.
An infra-red lamp is used (for an additional £5 charge) to achieve a
totally pain free healing. Chinese deep tissue massage is particularly
effective in healing and dispelling back, neck and joint pain and
sports injuries.
